PURCHASE INFO

Please e-mail thegallery@gallerycny.com to check the availability and price of the artwork, as well as the shipping and handling price. (Please remember to specify the name of the artwork). Please provide your name, address and telephone number. After you have received a confirmation and final total, please send the appropriate check amount in US dollars. If you are paying by money order, cashier's check or personal check, please send to The Gallery of CNY, 58 Albany Street, Cazenovia NY 13035.

PRICES AND PAYMENT INFO

Prices are in U.S. dollars and purchases may be made with checks drawn in U.S. dollars, check, money order, bank check or credit card.   We are proud to accept:  VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS.  Your artwork will be shipped to you after the payment has been processed. Prices for artwork listed on website do not include shipping, handling and insurance. Sales tax is added for New York residents only.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Once you have chosen an artwork, please email thegallery@gallerycny.com with the name of the artwork and your address and telephone number. We will then inform you of the appropriate shipping and handling charge. Shipping charges are based on size, insurance, distance and speed.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to make a return, e-mail us at thegallery@gallerycny.com within ten (10) days of receipt - to notify us of the return. We will send you instructions on where to ship the item. We ask that your return be shipped back in the original packing materials and container provided. Returns must be insured for their full value. The cost of returning unwanted purchases rests with the customer. After we receive your return, we will issue you a check for the price of the artwork minus shipping, handling and insurance costs.

DAMAGES

If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find the artwork damaged, contact us immediately at thegallery@gallerycny.com. Please do not discard the packaging materials. When you notify us, we will discuss a replacement or refund. As all of the artwork are one of a kind, you would need to choose another artwork - if you would like a replacement.

CANCELATION OR CHANGE ORDER

If you want to cancel or change an order, e-mail us at thegallery@gallerycny.com. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy procedure as stated above.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

All rights to reproduction of the works of art are retained by the Artist.
