PRICES AND PAYMENT INFO

Prices are in U.S. dollars and purchases may be made with checks drawn in U.S. dollars, check, money order, bank check or credit card.   We accept:  Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  Your artwork will be shipped to you after your payment has been processed. In addition to the price of the artwork, there may be sales tax and shipping expenses.  Sales tax is added for New York residents only.  If you would like to pay by money order, cashier's check or personal check, please send to The Gallery of CNY, 58 Albany Street, Cazenovia NY 13035.  If you would like to pay by credit card, please call 315-655-3707 to handle the transaction over the phone.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping charges are based on size, insurance, distance and speed.  Shipping cost is in addition to the price of the artwork.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish not to keep the artwork, e-mail jennifer@gallerycny.com within 24 hours of receipt of the artwork. We will send you instructions on how to ship back to us. Returns must be insured for their full value. The cost of returning artwork rests with the customer. After we receive your return, we will credit you for the price of the artwork minus shipping, handling, insurance costs and any credit card charges if applicable.

DAMAGES

If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find the artwork damaged, email jennifer@gallerycny.com immediately. Do not discard the packaging materials. When you notify us, we will discuss replacement or refund and will need your assistance in filing a claim with the shipper.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

We will never sell or give your name or information to another individual or company.

All rights to reproduction of the works of art are retained by the Artist.
